The Monkeydrive minimum quality standards ensure that our customers get the consistent quality they expect: high-quality products that start with the packaging – all very professional and easy to manage. We believe that good logistics support product quality, and deliver transparency for shipping, project processes and returns management.
Upon request, we can offer customers storage space for consignments with the option of using on-demand storage space for specific projects.
This is especially interesting when it comes to logistics for the music business (e.g. “1 job, five commissions” – this can mean: 5,000 shirts printed and shipped to 20 different festivals). We consider ourselves an active partner that makes the effort to find the right solution for customers.
We also believe that logistics services should include active troubleshooting. If merchandise, for example, needs to get to a particular festival, but the usual shipping company can’t be reached, we’ll find re-routing solutions, and of course we’ll always be available to answer questions and make sure the fans can buy the shirts they want.
