Ordering

What is needed to make an order?

You can order by e-mail or fax. Please send us a file of the graphic you want to print by e-mail or CD.

Please provide the following information in your order:

  • Textile quality (e.g. 150 g/m² or 190 g/m² shirt)
  • Colour
  • Size specifications (e.g. 100 T-shirts / in basic red: 20L, 20XL / in black: 20M, 40XL)
  • Print colours, (Provide colours as HKS or Pantone colours. Otherwise we will take the colours from your design on the monitor. The colours will generally be close to the original, but a 100% match is not possible!)
  • Print position (where the design should appear on the textile)
  • Print size (State desired print size in cm, and provide the design in its original size)
  • Billing address (if different from delivery address) and telephone number.

What is the minimum order size?

50 T-shirts or more.

Can I mix the type of textile used within the 50 piece minimum? Like 30 Unisex and 20 women’s shirts?

Yes; if the design remains the same, it is okay to mix styles within the 50 garment minimum, e.g. 20 blue women’s shirts and 30 black men’s shirts.

What do you do with my data?

We keep your data (address, e-mail, fax, telephone, etc.) strictly confidential and never pass it on to third parties.

How do you handle complaints?

Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. They can apply to textile quality and print defects.

Payment

  • Payments can be made in advance (we send a pre-invoice via e-mail, orders are shipped upon receipt of payment at earliest);
  • or via PayPal.
  • All prices are net of 19% VAT.

Delivery times

We deliver approx. 5-10 days after receipt of all relevant information. If there are any difficulties with textile wholesalers, delivers can be delayed. Of course, we will inform you immediately and offer alternate brands and colours if needed.

Print process

Which printing processes do you offer?

We only use screen printing.

Are films archived?

Yes. Film costs are only applied once. We archive films and will not charge them again for subsequent orders.

Are the screens archived?

We archive screens for 8 weeks after your order. After that, they are washed out and renewed. However, if you know that you will print a design several times, get in touch with us and we’ll find a solution.

File formats and templates

PDF is the most secure and error-free format.

Requirement: send in printing size, 300 dpi resolution for RGB and greyscale; minimum 600 dpi for black and white; ensure clear, non-blurry lines.
Upon request, we can also accept other pixel formats (in print size, 300 dpi) or vector graphics.
In the case of vector graphics, please consider that all fonts should be converted to curves (paths), and indicate print size.
We provide graphic editing upon request (e.g. when templates are not adequate).

Can I change the size of a design? Like when I want to use the same graphic for sizes ranging from XXL to Youth Large?

Of course we can change the size, but films and print screens will have to be created for each size. That means we will treat and calculate different sizes as if they are separate prints, since a different screen is needed for each size.

Information on providing print templatesProgramme:

We can accept files from the following programmes:

  • Adobe Photoshop CC
  • Adobe Illustrator CC
  • Adobe Acrobat

Fonts:

All fonts and numbers must be embedded as paths and curves.

File size / resolution:

Please provide the design 1-to-1 in the desired print size and 300 dpi.

Special colours

Always save special colours as solid colours.

Precision of colours

Please always provide binding colour references as Pantone values (Pantone Solid Coated) for the colours of printed items. Alternatively, a binding colour proof or print out of the print data can be sent to us and we will derive the colours from it.

Materials

What shirt qualities can you provide?

T-shirts (men’s/women’s) range from 100 g/m² to 240 g/m².
Shirts under 145g/m² are only recommended when the price is the only deciding factor and shirt quality is not important. Shirts ranging from 150 g/m² to 190 g/m² are normally ordered for music merchandising, promotional purposes, etc. and clubs.
Anything above this is preferred for high-quality merchandise, promo materials and shirt labels, etc.
Grammage is not the only important factor for quality. The actual quality of the material and the processing (seams, neck band, etc.) are also very important

Can you recommend specific textiles?

We can proudly recommend any and all of the textiles we offer. Of course certain aspects, like availability, colour range, value for money, can differentiate different brands.
We are happy to offer advice on different brands over the telephone and can help you find the right textile for your needs.
